Do you treat ADHD?
Yes, we assess and treat ADHD using a combination of clinical evaluation,
QbTest (a computerized attention assessment), and a range of treatment options
including both stimulant and non-stimulant medications. Care is individualized,
evidence-based, and always collaborative.
Where do I park?
You may park on the west side of the building.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicare. Please contact us to confirm if we’re in-network with your specific plan.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance or incur a $60 no-show fee.
Will I be prescribed medication?
Medication is recommended only when appropriate and always discussed in detail. Many patients benefit from a combination of therapy and medication, but we tailor every plan based on your comfort and needs.
Do you offer same day appointments?
Yes, up to two hours prior to the appointment.
What is the intake process?
Our intake process is designed to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for
new patients. Here’s what to expect:
Initial Contact & Insurance Verification
A member of our front desk team will assist you with verifying your insurance
coverage and answering any preliminary questions.
Billing Portal Setup
Before scheduling your appointment, you’ll be asked to complete a brief setup in
our billing portal. This step is required to proceed with booking.
Forms & Appointment Confirmation
Once the billing process is complete, you’ll receive a secure link to complete
intake forms via our electronic health record (EHR) system. A Google Calendar
invitation with your appointment details will also be sent for your convenience.
